Beef for me, not only in terms of taste, but I believe beef is more ethical since a cow can feed many, many more people than a chicken can. If an animal is going to die for our table then I prefer it to be able to feed quite a lot of people.

I definitely prefer chicken; for some reason, beef just doesn't sit well with me. I'm not fond of the texture.

I prefer chicken. I am not a huge red meat enthusiast, I just don't always want to deal with the texture/taste of it, and sometimes it just feels to "heavy" in my stomach - if that makes sense.

I'm not the biggest meat eater, but I love hamburgers. I don't care for chicken all that much. I like chicken bites from Sonic or Krystal and sometimes nuggets, but really ain't a big fan.

Beef! Chicken just has too much of a risk of being dry for it to be my fav (though I do love it).
Overall, though, pork is my favorite meat.
