Caveman Diet?

I've been looking into the Paleo diet, and I have to say I'm intrigued. Does anyone here follow it? What sort of affects has it had on you and your health? And I don't just mean in terms of weight loss.

I am a Paleo follower. My friends are as well and many have noticed joint pains are gone. I like it because i feel healthier when i eat whole natural foods, i cant think of what its called but i also eat cheese and dairy. Try it for a few weeks. the first week you may get a carb flu where your body is adjusting to not eating carbs anymore. but once you get past the first week it is great. give it a try and see how you feel. every one is different

I don't follow anything strict, but when I eat whole grains and veggies and fruit and meat with everything from scratch, I feel better.

When I eat processed and packaged foods, I feel worse - lethargic, difficulty concentrating, etc.

Shrug.

I follow it for the most part. I was able to take myself off of depression medication, which was a major plus.

I have also seem improvements in my blood work in the following areas: cholesterol, magnesium levels, calcium levels, and liver function.
