I usually can keep any secret. I have a much harder time keeping them from my wife lately, but from anyone else it's no problem.

It depends on the secret. I tell what someone is getting as a gift, or trivial stuff if they ask. But when it comes to deep dark secrets, personal, etc, I clam up. I can't expose something a person trusts me to keep secret.

Depends on whether keeping the secret could injure someone else, specifically with health related issues. Other than that sure I can!

Generally, I'm pretty good about secrets, but if I feel I have to get it out or I'll pop, I tell husband, who usually takes an interest but tells no one.

no I cant... I have a terrible job of keeping my mouth shut bc if I dont get it out it eats on me... But basically I just tell the secrets to my mom or bf so they are safe

I can usually keep secrets to myself. The only time I share them is if the secret is harmful in any way to the person. Then I will talk to my fiance or my mom about it and ask their opinion.

I can and do keep secrets very well. If someone has trusted me enough to tell me certain things, who am I to expose that?

Easily. I actually have one right now that would get me out of trouble with my mother but I won't tell on the person who told me, which, ironically...was the person who turned me in. Funny how they told on me but not themselves.

I'm good at keeping OTHER people's secrets, but when it comes to myself, I am like an annoying book-on-tape version of "an open book". I can't buy gifts until days before I am to give them, or I'll probably end up begging the person to ask me what I got them (which I've done on more than one occasion...). I'm awful at keeping secrets for myself!

Now, my friends and even people I am no longer friends with have disclosed secrets to me, and as long as I don't feel the secret will cause that person or someone else harm, I will take those secrets to my death.

Yep. I even once kept a secret I could have sold to a tabloid for money. I'd never violate someone's trust unless there was a serious safety issue involved, and I value my integrity too much to squander it on gossip.

However, if I have a fun secret -- like what I bought someone for Christmas -- I definitely enjoy sharing that information with a select few while awaiting the big reveal.
