I drink coffee all of the time and it doesn't interfere with my sleep. Some of the people that I work with say they have to stop at least 4 hours before sleep. Do you have to stop to be sure you can sleep?
Can you drink coffee all of the time?

Not a fan, but caffeine and sugar don't affect my ability to sleep. I'll have trippy dreams, but I can sleep

I don't drink that much coffee, maybe one a month or so. My husband can drink it all day, everyday, and he has no trouble sleeping at all.

I can drink it all day, have a few cups before bed, and go right to sleep. I think I've got a high tolerance built up

my wife drinks it all day. I drink it during the winter, when it is cold in the mornings.

Nope. The caffeine doesn't affect my sleep, but I feel sick after drinking too many cups. Especially on an empty stomach.
