Not as good as I could years back, but I can do a decent split. It has never had any affect on my sex life.

I'm very flexible, but have never been able to fully do the splits. It's never affected anything other than my pride when my siblings could all do them.

once upon a time, but not now. flexibility does help. never found the splits useful durring sex, but flexibility...that's a different question.

I'm male and can't do the splits and haven't noticed an effect on sex life. I do wish I could do it though, it'd be neat to be that flexible.

I can't do the side splits, but I can to them front and back. It really hasn't affected our sex life too much, but it's nice to be able to go into some tricky positions. My fave is doggy style, and I pull my leg behind me, with my foot by my head.
