Well, I meant from scratch, as in your own recipe with ingredients. Rather than a pre-made mix in a box. Seems this discussion is making a lot of people crave brownies!

Don't like premade brownies. Love box brownies. Not very skilled with homemade brownies. I prefer dark chocolate with nothing like nuts or chocolate chips in them. Just smooth brownie. After that, cheesecake swirl are pretty amazing.

i only make "special brownies"
and by special i mean home-made from scratch in a cast iron skillet.

Thanks alot!! Now I need to make brownies!
Someone recently told me to melt some nutella and peanut butter together and add it to brownie batter. Sounds delish!

Y'know those ghiradelli ones? yeah, those are my favorite!

Homemade dark chocolate~ I LOVE mint and chocolate together, and brownies with chocolate chips in them are yummy too.

I like plain brownies, but don't eat them often. The store bought ones are usually too sweet to my liking, and I'm too lazy to bake my own batch. I'm more into pastries baked with lots of real butter, and I make one hell of a delicious buttered currant scone.

All of them?!

What are your favorite types of brownies? Homemade? Store bought? Your own recipe?
I love many types of brownies, some that are homemade and some store bought. Pillsbury has a new kind of brownie called "Mocha Brownies" and those are delicious. I also love variations, such as caramel brownies, turtle, blonde, mint, frosted, double chocolate, fudge, dark and milk chocolate, chocolate chip and so many more. So what are some of your favorites? less

I absolutely love brownies. Any type of brownies, aside from mint, banana, and a very few others. Most brownies are good.

I like brownies most any type.
I make them at home from a box mix however I do a healthier variant. Black Bean Brownies 9Yes you heard me correctly). Take one can unseasoned black beans and one box brownie mix, liquify he brownies in a blender, mix with the brownies mix, bake as you normally would. It doesn't have to be black beans btw, that just the most used, red beans might actually work better they come out looking more coca then the deep black the black beans give.

Gooey brownies are the absolute best food on the planet. I don't know why anyone would choose cake-like brownies
