They have been selling some for several years, I've seen them in the Brookstone stores at airports

I have too. I actually considered buying a Lelo toy one time when I was stuck at the Salt Lake City airport for 12 hours. I thought it might pass the time better and be fun to try and find someplace where I could use. I finally decided against it though.
