This summer I have a Miami Beach gateaway planned with my husband. I am wanting to get my body in shape and look hot for the trip. Only have a couple of months. Anyone have suggestions on how to tone up quickly. I must add, I am very busy and somewhat lazy. lol

I have a few suggestions, but none of them are going to work with both lazy and busy. Since you put a more strong qualifier on "busy," I'm going to lead with suggestions that would help you get in shape without requiring you to spend hours a day doing so.

The number one thing that I suggest actually is independent of how busy/lazy/anything you are. I'm assuming that you have a somewhat standard diet, though any of this that you already do is great! Cut all (or almost all) processed foods (except if you choose to factor in a cheat meal once a week, which I'll get to later), increase the amount of protein you consume (whatever your goal body weight is in pounds, eat that many grams of protein every day) and increase the number of vegetables you eat. Try not to drink your calories - soda is especially something that you should avoid - and instead make sure that you get 8 cups of water a day. Exercise portion control - psychologically, we're programmed to want to eat everything on our plates (and often brought up to do so as well), but having five or six smaller meals in a day is much healthier than consuming one or two big ones. Try to drink a glass of water half an hour before you eat (this aids in digestion and causes you to feel less hungry) and make sure that you get breakfast in the mornings to get your metabolism going.
As for working out, I recommend doing both cardio and weight training. A good form of cardio to help you tone quickly would be sprint intervals. This is where your lazy side will absolutely hate me, because quite frankly, they are brutal. You can start slowly, though, doing only a couple of short intervals, and work towards being able to complete more. As for weight training, there are so many different programs that I couldn't even begin to know exactly what would work for you - you might like to check out this one. A little bit of weight training isn't going to do any more than help you to get fit and toned, so don't worry about ending up looking like the lady Hulk!
If you'd prefer to invest a bit more time and go the lazier route, I'd suggest doing yoga for weight loss. There are tons of videos on youtube, and though it's pretty hard work as well, it's a much more relaxing kind of work out.

Go to beaches where there are lots of old people. That will make you feel awesome about your body! (No offense to any old people here)
I love going to aquafit classes because they're the only fitness classes where I feel fit and sexy xD

Thanks for the great suggestions...time is my most significant factor. I will try to incorporate as much of this a possible. I don't necessarily need to lose much weight..I lost 20 lbs about a year ago and have been keeping it pretty stable. I would definitely like to tone my body though. A couple of lbs gone won't hurt either.
