i would say both days..this is just so confusing lol my cousin wich is turning 12 i beleive ppl said he only had 4 bdays (somethinglike that)

Mine is the 28th. I get asked all the time if it was on the 29th. I say no and the year I was born it wasn't a leap year

Don't really celebrate but I usually would go (as a kid) for the first available weekend) when cakes and relatives and shit were the thing - now I don't celebrate. But March 1st would technically still be the day after so I just count the between 28th and the 1st

She would have only had 3 - Leap Year is every 4 years.
