As I grew up with the original I flat out hated the new one. I guess I could have got into it more if not for it being one of my favorite shows back then. I wish they would have made it more of a "Next Generation" type deal and started were the old left off.

Oh, and making Starbuck a girl? WTF!

I loved Starbuck as a woman; I have not seen the original so I cannot make a comparison. I liked where the series began & ended. I went through the first season in a day last summer because I was so hooked (not as bad as the Portlandia spoof x)

I LOVE it. I haven't seen it in forever, but I remember that I hard time stopping watching them after I started watching an episode; we went through them pretty quickly, and it was pretty expensive too (for each season.)

Love, love, love it! Great characters (especially Starbuck--excellent female character), thought-provoking...an d it didn't hurt that Lee was smoking hot.

Yay someone mentioning the board game. It's a delight to play, and half the fun is the blind accusations of people being cylons

Toaster accusations are a fun part of the game...so is revealing you're a cylon.

I will admit the ending was surreal, but the rest was great. My favorite game was where one person knew I was a cylon, but didn't want to reveal it because he didn't want another player to be admiral.
