Bath or Shower?
08/09/2010
It depends. If I have time, I prefer baths, but usually I have to opt for the shower.

The whole sitting in your own filth thing is kind of... mean.
I mean... are you filthy?
So many of us do reviews and talk about anal play and then we're going to say normal human sweat or day to day dust is filth?
C'mon.
I work at home. The dirtiest I get most days is when I walk barefooted outside to get the mail.

I like both - usually take a shower but baths can also be so relaxing - especially to play...
08/10/2010
Shower to get clean and bath to get dirty in a good way.
08/10/2010
I like both, but I don't get much time to take a relaxing bath unless its really late at night after the kids go to bed.

In addition to dirt and sweat (I've been sweating a lot lately because I've been shopping nearly every day), skin cells get sloughed off while washing and I just think it's a bit gross (for me) to be sitting in a tub of dirt, my sweat, and my dead skin cells. I have to have the water washing everything off of me immediately and swirling down a drain. I just don't feel clean after a bath. I hope this explains my stance better without sounding so mean!

I like showers best for cleaning and prefer sex in a shower over a bath. Showers feel cleaner to me. Bath water is dirt and/or dead skin cell soup unless you shower first. When I do take a bath, I have to make sure the tub is sparkling clean (so much work!) and then I sweat too much to make it feel good. I like the idea of baths, though. When we take them, we put bath toys in like those pills that turn into dinosaur sponges and I like to draw on the walls with bath crayons.
I really want an all tiled, Japanese style bathroom one day with shower heads on a wall and a seat to scrub at. If I want to bathe I will bathe after showering!
Have you noticed I'm a weeaboo yet?

I voted shower because I don't have a bathtub really. I mean, the shower 'stall' is a bathtub, but the tub just never looks all that appealing. When we get our own place, I am making sure there is a tub worthy of taking baths all the time.

I was thinking the same thing...I mean if I was filthy like we went playing in the mud with the kids or were weeding the garden barefooted or when I was training horses a quick sluice off before sitting in the tub is warranted but that's the only time I'm filthy. I love a bath but with an infant and two teens (and two men) I don't get much time for one. That and my bathtubs were designed by evil little gnome people and are torture devices.

I'm thinking the bath/sex pillow I ordered might help that but we'll see.
On the whole, I still take more showers than baths hence my choice.

I'm definitely a shower person. Not to imply that anyone who takes baths is "dirty" or "filthy," but I personally don't feel clean after a bath. If I do take a bath, which is VERY rarely, I'll feel the need to rinse off in the shower quickly.
For some reason, I also don't like the idea of bathing where people's feet have been. I live with my mom, dad, little sister, and boyfriend right now (I know, my parents are WAY too kind!) and since I don't personally clean the tub and I'm OCD about stuff like that, there is NO way I'm taking a bath.
I used to love baths as a kid, though. I'd spend all day in the tub if I could.

I always take a bath because its just what I am used to.

Love love love baths! Unfortunatly my current house has only stand up shower in the bathrooms! Which can be nice. Has body jets and one of those rain shower heads but I LOVE baths and miss them terribley. Nothing better than soaking in a tub with lots of bubbles, a bath bomb, and a good book! May need to get a hot tub!

Showering is a faster process. If I want to relax and have fun, I'd go for a bath.
09/10/2010
Shower. It's just faster and easier. Plus, baths make my hands pruny.

Prune hands! Yeah - I am pretty much exclusively a shower person, unless I want to read in the bath...but then I do hate getting all pruney.

Well, I shower, but I lie down while I am in the shower... so it's like a bathy-shower thing? Sometimes I accidentally fall asleep
09/10/2010
I like baths because they are nice and relaxing at the end of a busy day. If I am in a hurry I usually shower.
09/10/2010
I shower to get clean. I take baths to relax. After finishing last season of Dexter though, I'm not sure I'll be doing much more bath taking. hehe.
09/10/2010
I prefer baths, because I can relax and feel comfortable. But for every day, I take a shower, because it is nice and quick.
10/17/2010
I like taking showers to wake me up in the morning. When I want to relax in hot water, I'll go in my swim-spa.
10/18/2010
Shower. I don't really care for baths...never have.
10/18/2010
I love my baths!

I could stay in my bath for hours, I just love relaxing and the smell of oils I add to the water.

When alone, it's bath time but otherwise it's Sex In the Shower ALL THE WAY!
10/19/2010
I take baths when I'm sick or have a headache... All the rest of the time, it's shower's all the way.
