I don't know about you but I think it's time for a day off when that happens? There are this fancy black security cameras certain managers can watch the videos at home on their computers anytime they want they just login. Well in my dream everywher I went they were there. Even in my bedroom capturing everything and for some reason I had a coffee station on my dresser and right above that was the camera and I had to sell it even on my days off. I remember I was in a room once sitting on a coup and there were tons of those cameras and there were read lights around the head of the camera which means someone is watching you, like at work u can see red dots..well a ton lite up at once above me. I don't remember any more of that night. But I have gotten dreams in a house I lived in when younger and the hallway had a window in it and it was the drive through or somethin

doesn't it suck having to work the day you had dreams about it in your sleep? It's like I just want to get away when I;m not at work but had to see it in my dreams

I think it was because I worked 6 days in a row. The most I have been working is 4 in a row without a day off.

the cameras where catching everything it was horribl lol Me having toilet issues all day in the bathroom, arguing with parents, sex with my boyfriend.

I do, simply because I have a high pressure, high stress job and am an active dreamer to begin with. It's just a side effect of the stress for me.

I imagine everyone does. Work is a source of stress and you're doing it often, so based on probability you'll probably have work dreams. Given that bad dreams are often easier to remember than good ones you'll probably remember your work nightmares more than good dreams about work.

yes maybe it is the stress for me as well and feeling guilty about being late for work or having angry looks on my face and especially embarassed because people watch the cameras and can see it? i think I wouldn't be so stressed and embarassed if I got my illness under control because my ibs makes me a few minutes late usually and on my work break if I am alone I lay on the couch and use my deodarant(with cap on) Or cellphone to manage my trapped gas symptoms by pushing and releasing tons of air and it gets embarisingly loud too

Maybe all the stress of my illness and being sick 24/7 and just wishing to be normal and not have disgusting symptoms that even show on the outside a bulging distended prego looking tummy. It's time to attack my illness because it attacks me lol not eat what I want and suffer or keep living like this. I hate people asking whgat's wrong,am I ok or I look mad It just feel so uncomfortable and really makes me irritable I don't tell anyone I get weird moods or looks on my face. I would rather be fired than tell anyone about it. I only tell the closest people to me for alot of reasons. It's like my deep dark secret.

My previous job, yes. It was a high pressure intense job, but that's why I quit. It just wasn't worth it anymore.

I have horrible recurring nightmares about a previous job, and with my current job, I often dream that I'm working, only to wake up and have to go to work -- makes for a very long day.

For my job over the summer I would have bad dreams that I forgot to do something and that there would be a problem waiting for me when I got there. Nothing too bad, just stuff that I would have gotten in trouble for

I worked soemwhere for about 3 and 1/2 years (my first job) and I was constantly afraid of getting fired. It wasn't that I wasn't doing the job. I was an awesome employee, the boss was just so scary and intimidating.

So I would have nightmares very often about going to work and getting fired for stupid reasons.

When I was working, yes. All the time. Sometimes I felt like I worked all night long just to wake up and go to work all over again. I always seemed to have them when a specific person was pulling shit all the time.

Oh my gosh that happens to me too. I feel more tired when I wake up from those.

I've worked at schools for crazy kids and sometimes I have nightmares about previous students trying to kill me. The worst is when I dream that I show up to work and am mistaken for an insane student and can never leave the grounds.

When I used to work I'd have nightmares. I worked at a grocery store and I was 22, and this older guy (about 50ish) was nice, not ever overly friendly or anything, would do his normal twice a week shopping for a few things and I'd always be there cause it was at night when I'd work. One of my buddies who worked the nightcrew would sit in his car and smoke before work. He noticed there would be a car up in the hotel parking lot which is connected to our stores parking lot and it would always leave right after I did, and I was the last daytime employee to leave the building.

It happened to be the old guy who was a reg. customer. I don't drive I get rides,so my bf would always make sure to be there early after that just cause it's creepy. After 3 nights of him waiting early for me, the old guy got out of his car and banged on his window, my bf said he was super scary looking so he sped off, and called the store to tell me not to go out and have the security guard go out there, and the police.

I guess when the police got there, he threw a fit and punched a cop. So they arrested him.

Apparently he's crazy, He ended up knowing where I lived at, where my bf lived, that I walked in the mornings, and who with. He also had the same info about a coworker of mine, and she had absolutely no idea. CREEPY! I couldn't sleep for weeks. It was terrible.

With every job I get I tend to have nightmares about it, reliving the long and stressful days when I sleep. It's horrid really, I hate that I can't even escape my job to sleep.

I rarely had work related dreams but I do remember one time at my old job I had to fold the entire denim wall for the last 2 or three hours of my shift. Subsequently, I had a dream that night that I jumped off a steep cliff into a sea of denim. lol I was crushed by the crashing waves.

OMG, after the first week of working at McDonald's I had the worst dreams. It was like having PTSD. Anytime I heard a beep, I would instinctively look around to 'turn it off,' even while in public

Oh my goodness, all the time. I'm a resident assistant, and I have dreams often that I'm on rounds, dealing with suicide attempts, etc. It really sucks since I already live at my job, now I'm sleeping in it too.

I've had this dream a little too often! I have college age kids who are relying on Dad to take care of their education. At my age if I were to loose my job - replacing it would be very difficult.
