At what point in life is it when your children decide to MOTHER you??!!!

Sorry--unusual post, but it seems like I have raised....me. My daughter is now acting like my mom--trying to take care of me, shelter me and just being...a little mommy!! (She is 22, I am 42. Not senile yet!)

I think it is amazing, sweet and a sign of her good character--but damn!! was I ever this claustrophobic???? Overcaring? Ummmm....(Yeah, I love her soooo much, but she is really going a bit overboard in the Mom needs me department, here!)

So-anyone else? I can not be the only one to raise a little mommy!!!

I raise my dad. I'm 21 and He's 50. He depends on me for lots of social etiquette info as well as fixing his tech.

I've become my mother's somewhat-caregiver since my divorce, and I often feel more like the parent at times. Since her accident which caused her to stop working, her social skills have gone down the toilet.
