Honest appraisal. We were looking at old grade school photos at work (we have a display) and there are some folks who were GORGEOUS kids, and are now...well...pretty homely or down right UGLY adults (even they admit it with a laugh), and other kids who were either PLAIN or down right homely (buck teeth, no chin...etc) and now, WOW, they are knock outs. SO...how has growing up affected YOUR looks from your youth??? We are all friends here, you can be honest!!!! We love EVERYONE just as they are.
Are you cuter or uglier then you were as a small child?

I look exactly the same, which is why people laugh at my old pictures! My body looks different but not my face!

I look pretty much the same just your average girl. Nothing particularly special about my looks.

I was an ugly duckling. High school was when it finally turned around. Before that, I rocked a mullet, big glasses that hung down on my nose, a fang vampire tooth or braces, and the same pair of jeans EVERY day. My brother and sister were the same way.

I used to be very cute as a little kid, but then puberty hit and it was reeeally tough time But everything tuned out great eventually.

I was a super-cute kid, now I'm a fairly exotic-looking adult. I guess people consider me attractive based on the amount of attention I get, but really, I'm nowhere near the "traditional" idea of beauty.

I think i was a cuter kid .

I had red hair, covered in freckles, really pale skin and crooked teeth. I was the butt of a lot of jokes until.............I hit high school and then things changed. Braces straightened my teeth, goth pale skin became the cool thing, and the long red hair got me a lot of attention. I'm still covered in freckles, but I don't mind so much

i was adorable as hell when i was little. i wasn't as cute around the time i hit middle school & on through, but i got cute again my freshman yr of high school.

I was a much cuter kid. After elementary school I stopped being photogenic.

I look the same, except for more masculine. (So, the answer to the question is this: I was a homely kid, and I'm homelier now.) I swear I have a more masculine face than my brother lol. I'm fine with this, I'm trigender and thankful my appearance isn't too "girly."

LOL! I was a cute kid. I'm a pretty cute adult as well. I was an absolutely beautiful baby, though. Chubby and pinky and fairly bald.
Just sayin'.
My husband was a funny looking infant. He had a lot of hair and this huge nose (which he retains to this day, it's one of the reasons he looks so good with facial hair.) When our youngest baby was born, she was tiny and perfect and beautiful... but she had her father's nose. I actually prayed she would outgrow that nose. She was preterm, and they tend to grow on Mama Milk quickly, so she grew into that nose in less than a month.
The first time his mother saw her she was all, "OMG, she looks just like D." Yes, she did! Except she had no hair. Same.... nose. She turned into a beautiful baby. My Man did, too, but that nose remained all through his life. He's a very attractive man. Think Hugh Laurie in "House." That's him, exactly.
Just sayin'.

I was a cute baby and toddler, kinda funny lookin in middle school and high school, then I got cute/hot senior year of hs except I didn't realize this at the time, I was very confused as to why people were suddenly nice to me since I was used to being the weird kid in the back of the room lol

I was just talking about this last night with hubby. I was ugly as a child, but in Jr high and High school turned into something pretty. I still am pretty, but in my own way.

That was supposed to be a compliment and was a lot smoother in my head.

I was an adorable baby, but then something horrible happened and I went through the ugly duckling stage which ended around my Junior year of high school, and now I think I'm beautiful.
