I plan and set goals. I also try to stay fully aware in the here and now no matter what I'm doing, including planning for the future (or remembering and learning from the past).

I'd say I'm more of a dreamer, focusing on the "here and now" is very depressing given the current situation.
The only time I actually try thinking about the present is when I'm trying to figure out how to get out of it and on with the rest of my life, or when I need to come up with some logical way to achieve a goal of mine.
