Just curious if any EF users have any "bad habits" they want to break. I've listed a whole bunch, but if you think of something that isn't listed, just put "other" You can choose more than one option, and I've made the poll private.
Any habits you'd like to break?

I smoke, I suppose I should want to break that habit, but I don't. I physically enjoy smoking and I am well aware of the consequences. Don't worry, I have no intention of taking up viable resources to save my tar-soaked lungs. I have one life to live and I'm going to spend it doing everything I enjoy. If it ends my life early...well, how would I ever know the difference? (I don't have any children, so there's no one to "leave behind".)

Procrastination I could also say spending time online as it is the most often used means of prostration.

Procrastination to the utmost degree. As well as spending so much time online. But then again, I seem to get a lot of minor things done... Oh well.

I'm known to smoke a cir or two What you just said reminded me of my grandmother. She had the exact same attitude and I like to think I adopted it from her. You get one time around (as far as we know) and I want to enjoy it! Love your comment!

Your grandmother, you and I would be what my mother calls "free-spirits". I've always chosen option C when given a choice between A and B. What's the point if you aren't enjoying it?

Blasphemy, woman! That's just...no! LOL I don't drink them as much as I used to, but I have to have a coke when I eat dinner. No, Pepsi won't do and neither will anything else from that company, tyvm. I mean, *looks around* we are in Atlanta right? Right?

And god bless my soul that the very first thing I asked for in my VERY northern in-laws home was a Coke...and do you know she actually had one? (We went to hubby's hometown, not here obviously.)

I think it is probably no less addictive then in the olden days when it actually contained "cocaine"!!! I have no clue why it is SO good....but try to get your hands on some "REAL SUGAR" kind...either the Kosher for Passover, or the MADE IN MEXICO in the glass bottles. It is SO, SO, SO much more amazing then the regular USA Coke with corn syrup. Don't know why, but just CRISPER. People (not Jewish OR Mexican) wait in line all day to buy that stuff when it is available.

By the way...I was KIDDING with that post above. I KNOW IT DOES NOT CONTAIN COCAINE and don't want to start any stupid rumors!!!

Coke kicks Pepsi to the curb for one reason and one reason only, in my opinion: Vanilla Coke. Best drink ever invented.

And on the topic of food addictions, if I could just kick chocolate... As if!

You seriously want to know how to kick chocolate? Get a bag of your favorite solid chocolate and eat it. No, really. Consume most if not all of the bag. It's been scientifically proven that if you consume large quantities of chocolate it immediately triggers your body to not crave it again. I did it and I had a major chocolate addiction. I wanted it all the time. I did it about two years ago and since then I never crave it, not even when I'm on my period. It's really amazing.

Hahaha! Saying Pepsi around my parents house is like telling them to "F off" they take great offense. There is NO other soft drink! Coke is King!! And, for those not from the south, if it fizzes it's a coke, no matter what it says on the bottle!

Damn skippy! We're totally hijacking this thread (so sorry OP), but I have been known to order from one fast food place and then pick up a coke from Chic-fil-a because they have the *best* fountain coke. It's gotta be the cup!

I have quite smoking! My sister's 20 year old fiance has lung cancer, not from smoking, and it has officially scared me enough to make me quit entirely.
Otherwise, I think I'm good. I know what I can handle and I do.

Hahaha! So true! Although Chick-fil-a sweet tea with lemon would be 2nd favorite drink on my list! OK, we totally hi-jacked. I'll make this my last ode to southern drinking habits! I do cuss too much, so there's another habit I wouldn't say I'd like to break. Maybe just temper it.

Caffeine probably my worst.
08/22/2011
I don't drink/eat much with caffeine in it, and I also don't smoke or drink! If there is one habit I could break it would be worrying so much! ;/

I need to stop staying up late reading
08/22/2011
I don't really procrastinate to bad but I picked that because IDEALLY I would like to practice yoga daily but usually do about four days a week. I always find some little excuse.
08/23/2011
my potty mouth always offends and im not really that way.
08/23/2011
Staying up too late and drinking coffee.
08/23/2011
Definitely would like to procrastinate less.
08/23/2011
Not exercising enough, really. Which is a habit.

Biting my nails.
