Any "fitness junkies"?

Contributor: vanilla&chocolate vanilla&chocolate
I would definitely describe myself as one! I got into working out for the health benefits, but I realized I actually love it! I will literally try any type of fitness (including pole dancing).

I walk and do stretching everyday, so I'll look less flabby and keep my neck pain in check, but I'm no fitness junkie.

No. I wish I was though because I seriously need it at this point.

Not a junkie yet, but I've recently made some big changes to improve my health and have just started exercising again. I'm hoping to work my way up to a full fledged health nut!

I could never understand it. Working out is a chore for me - I feel exhausted and like I wasted my time afterwards. I simply cannot grasp the concept of the "workout high" that fitness junkies get. Maybe it's all to do with brain chemicals.

It comes in spurts for me. Sometimes I'm doing daily, hour long workouts and other times, it's only a couple times a week. I've surprisingly found I lose more weight on the 3-times a week thing, though, so I normally discourage myself from intense activity like my brain likes to do.

Zumba! Seriously, though. Anyone who wants to like exercise should totally try Zumba!

I used to be, but I found that it fed my eating disorder too much which I struggled with for a long time and I tended to overdo the exercise. Now I don't really do much at all because I don't want to get crazy with it.

Most fitness I get is walking. I have a Wii fit but have only used it a couple of times.

I love to try new things when exercising. I love involving the whole family. We have a lot of fun and it gets us all moving!

I'm a definite 'Other'. I exercise - but I can't say I love it. I love playing golf - but if I don't keep in good shape my golf suffers - so I exercise to make the things I like doing more fun.

I'm pretty lazy, to be honest, and sometimes it shows. I'm more of a "bask in the sun" type over swimming or something.

I wish I was. I used to exercise a lot but after having my daughter I stopped. :/ I really should get back to it. I haven't completely lost the baby weight yet!

I have spurts. I feel so much better when I exercise, but then I get busy doing other things and slack off for a bit.

My husband has a bowflex and that's what I've been using lately.

I love working out, but it's a struggle to get myself to the gym. Once I'm there I'm all about it. Kind of weird I guess.

I'm not a fitness junkie, but I've done ziplining, silk aerial classes, and all of that.
