My boyfriend is a huge Dr. Who fan. I've watched a lot of episodes with him and I have to admit... I think I love it! Haha. I haven't told him that though. He just thinks I'm a nice girlfriend that will watch it with him without complaint.

Anyway, I decided that I'm going to try (keyword "try") to make a Dalek for my boyfriend out of clay. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be. This is what I have so far. I still have to make the weapons, the "neck" and the "head" and paint it all up. It'll look a lot better when it's painted. Right now it's pretty rough and I'm not sure about it.... I just wanted to show it off and maybe get some feedback.

Thanks for being so positive! I was kind of scared to show anybody. lol. There were things I wanted to do that were just impossible to do with clay and it didn't work so I just did the best I could do. I can't wait until it's dry so I can paint it. When I was making the top it made me laugh because it started to look like a penis... you know without all the details on it. LOL! I was thinking, "ok how am I going to make this hunk of clay NOT look like a penis." Haha. less
