Android vs. iPhone

Contributor: HannahPanda HannahPanda
I just bought an Android phone. I know iPhones have exploded in the past few years, but I know a few people are beginning to go toward the Android movement. Which do you prefer?

I love my iPhone. I've never tried an Android. I was a firm BlackBerry user for years, but after having the iPhone I wouldn't go back.

Android, love mine. I hate apple with a passion. My EVO is so much better then the overpriced IPhones.

Iphones are made of glass, literally. And not gorilla glass. They are so breakable, and they don't really have any perks anymore unless you're a Mac person, and like everything to share the same charger. It used to be, that they had the better app market, but now they're comparable. So, Android FTW!

iPhone. I've had it for a long time, I'm kinda stuck on it.

Android! The iOS is pretty much dying (according to popular tech opinion), and Android's open-source nature makes improvement much faster and more accessible than the Apple-controlled iPhone. iPhone has lots of benefits, but I think the versatility of Android is top-notch, and you can use it on a variety of phones, so you can have devices to suit your needs (screen size, QWERTY keyboards, brand preference, etc).

A lot of people are so excited about (the reintroduction of) Siri for iPhone, but funny enough, Android has had identical and similar apps for quite a while! Oh well.

I just switched to Iphone from Android, as the android system is very buggy and updates like every day and every update fixes 1 problem but creates another. 3 years of android was enough for me. I love my Iphone4. And I hate Apple so this is saying alot. Plus I am a Computer Engineer/IT specialist with only Windows knowledge, so this really is saying alot.
