Does anyone else here have naked photos or dirty videos of themselves floating around on the internet? If so, did you put them there by choice or did someone else upload them. Are you comfortable with the idea of hundreds if not thousands of people seeing you and possibly recognizing you in public?
Have you ever uploaded your home-made pornography to the internet? Has anyone ever shared your private sessions with the internet?

Yikes. Never. Any photo's or video we make are for our own consumption only. Thankfully, I never made any "home movies" or took any photos till after I was married to my wonderful hubby. Since then, we have a whole collection, but it will never be "shared"!

How could something like that compromise your career? I've always wondered how HR would punish you for someone else spreading material about you.

It's not about it spreading, it's about the person doing it to begin with. You can't have a representative for your company in a compromising position, it lessens their ability to negotiate in the business world. By the way, this only applies to women. Men, can obviously, do whatever the fuck they want and get away with it.
