Any advice for a constantly runny nose when it's cold outside?

Every single winter, my nose seems to run all winter long. It's really annoying, and it's certainly not the most attractive thing. Although my nose has yet to start running (it's not cold enough yet), I'm determined to try and keep it under control this year.

Do you have any tips on what to do to stop a constantly runny nose?

Well... there's not much you can no naturally. The runny nose in a natural response to keep your nose from drying out. If it didn't increase mucus production, it would be almost like chapped lips, but in your nose.

Just bring tissues. It's really all you can do other than medicating yourself.
