A few of these I knew about already, like the ATM or the webcams or the full body scanners, but some of them I didn't know. Like the nuclear power plant, and the battery on your laptop. Yes I said laptop battery. But if you don't have a Macbook you should be fine

Webcams I knew about, but I was never too scared about it until I read that. And then the pacemakers... omg!

None of this was new to me except the remote car braking. (Didn't some high school in Pennsylvania take some heat for recording all of their students for the entire academic year a few years back?)
But the remote car thievery... that's enough to make me want to add my own closable short in the circuit. My tail is absolutely between my legs. I mean, my current car is bare bones and as few computers as currently possible... but after a few years we're not going to be allowed to have choices about how computerized our cars will be. Heck, I couldn't find something with a carburetor no matter how hard I looked. Manual transmission was hard enough to find!
(Maybe my car won't be stolen anyway because nobody these days drives stick?)

Hackers wouldn't want to see me naked. I guarantee it.

I'm left wondering how long until vibrators come with enough microchips that hackers won't even have to go the roundabout way of hacking Macbooks in order to attack our genitals

Vibrators already have some microchips... what matters is that they're not networked Make sure your vibes keep to themselves!

That's just insane

Yeah, that's a pretty disturbing list. Everything from heart to genitals. I guess they could really have guys like me by the balls (sorry, it's getting late here).

Wow!!! Things you'd never even think of!

All of these I knew about except the pacemaker which I wouldn't have thought about, but after reading it, it makes sense. It's really creepy how easily people can destroy lives. I remember back in middle school when it was fun to try and guess your friends email password and then change it and create a security question that said something like "Peggi just hacked your email! PS the password is 'cat'" or something like that...but with how much we rely on technology and how people can manipulate it these days is frightening.

Haha, I remember doing stuff like that too. But we'd send our other friends fake emails lol.
