After seeing the artists selected to be on this list, I honestly wasn't surprised. I can think of a few others I'd add to this list too. What about you guys?

why was taylor swift not on this list! the 1st person i thought of was her. all her songs are the freaking same! clearly, you can tell i can't stand taylor swift, lol.

Lol. This whole thing actually came up in a conversation last night, and I think Taylor Swift was mentioned then. So was Rise Against. After their big hit with Savior, pretty much all their songs sounded the same, which really sucked.

I agree - there's only so many teeny-bopper-high-scho ol-sweetheart songs that anyone can take ... the fact that the music behind each song sounds EXACTLY the same, too, is wearing pretty thin as well.

Wasn't she country, anyway? What's she doing on my lite rock station?

I love Eminem even if his songs are basically the same. There are several that could go on that list, but they only chose 5 and that was 2 years ago. I'm sure it could be updated with newer artists that have emerged since then.
