#TrueorFalse 5.0

So, I think we'd better come back to something a bit more traditional than the previous discussion about horoscopes, so here's a scientific fact (or not a fact) we should really talk about.
It is now open for discussion, do you think THIS to be true, false or plausible?

Sex has an enormous effect on our health

Some even claim that sex can cure some diseases. For me personally it does relief headaches, as we've discussed earlier, and maybe I have a kind of endorphin boost that makes me feel lees stressed than usual, but that's about it. Do you notice some changes in the state of health, short-term or long-term? I think we should be examining long-term effects, if there are any, cause short-term are obvious and do not really affect our life-long health.

What would be your verdict?

For myself I don't only agree that it has great health benefits but emotionally as well. I'm always one to masturbate when I am sick, if it doesn't help me feel better at least it can help me sleep! Sex or mastubation also improves my mood and stress levels dramatically, plus it gives you a healthy looking "glow".

I definitely think it is beneficial in the long run.

I've read before where sex and maturation help in the long run with certain ailments. I can't recall where as I read alot, but I remember thinking to myself, that sounds right.

For myself, in the short run I always feel better after a solo session or with a partner. I don't feel so stressed or cranky.

I also don't think it has a significant effect on our health i.e. curing disease and such but do feel it does wonders for our emotional health.

This is kind of tricky though. It seems to me that only those on the side of good health participate in or initiate sex. I know when I have the flu or a fever, etc. That is the second to last thing on my mind.

My vote is plausible.

Apparently, my colleagues know the matter better than I do Here's a microcontent we've recently done to emphasize the positive effect of sex. I don't know, all of the seems pretty convincing, but I'm having troubles believing that sex really affects the grey matter in our brain and makes us smarter. From what I've seen and known, sex mainly makes us stupider. Not that any of us are against it, but still...
