I wanted to add something else to my order, so I cancelled it, and now my free assignment says it was shipped and I can't re-order it...

I know, I should have left well enough alone, but what do I do now?

Support ticket or a message to admin will be your best bet.

When you want to add something to your cart from the check out page, there is a "Continue shopping" tab that will take you to the main page and you can add stuff from there.

I've done this before by accident. I either submitted a help ticket or sent JR a message (I think I might've done both?). JR was able to get it set up for me so that I could still get the assignment. It took a few days, but it all worked out okay.

Anytime there is any issue with an assignment email Jr and put in the subject line assignment issues. He usually gets back to you right away. He can fix everything.
