I haven't seen it yet, but I'm hoping to. A friend who went said it's pretty moody with a lot of subtle stuff going on in the background, and a good throwback to the Hammer films of the 70s, if you remember those.

It was alright! I saw it last night actually, I liked it. I enjoyed the story and atmosphere, though it was a little slow. The only reason why it was scary was because it was so slow, then all of a sudden something pops out and scares you.

IT is amazing, lots of pop out scares but its actually a scary movie with a PLOT and they stick to it! most horror flicks ditch the plot halfway through and just try to scare u, although the first 10 min i swear it looks like the harry potter movies, the train the camera shots, but after that u get realy into it. its an excellent movie

Haven't seen it since we never watch anything in theaters but it looks like just the sort of movie we would go out to see.
We'll probably just wait for FiOS to have it on Starz or some such channel though.
