I had a Nintendo NES. It belonged to my Dad, and I claimed it as mine as soon as I was old enough to play!

My brother had an Atari then a Nintendo (then he discovered anime), although I remember playing Pong when it was a bonus program on one of the early home PC systems. I was more into pinball than video games.

Pong. It burned a white line down the center of the tv set.

A Nintendo NES, I played hours of Super Mario Bros. on that. xD
I think I was about 5 years old at the time and it was a gift to my mother and I from her friend Glenn.

My brother had a lot of systems when I was a kid (NES, SNES, Sega, etc.) but he wouldn't ever let me play them. The first one I ever got was a nintendo gamecube when I was in highschool and he had already moved out of the house.

While not exactly a console, I had the original Comador 64. After that I had an Atari, Colecovison, and an Intelevision. Then a few of the Nintendos and such.

We had the original Commodore 64 as well, plugged into an old black and white TV. Used to play games on it. I had a friend who had Atari, but we never had it. Eventually we got the original Nintendo, I guess it's the NES one.

Game Boy color, then Game Boy advanced, then Game Boy advanced SP, then Game Cube, may Game Boy DS! I liked Pokemon, if you couldn't guess.

Nintendo NES. It's crazy to think how cool I thought that was when I was younger. Does not even compare to what kids now a days have!

The original Nintendo. Wish I still had it. I found games to download on my wii from the old school days but it's just not the same. I remember playing duck hunt and I would cheat and put the gun right up to the screen to get them!

NES for me as well. It came from my uncle's house, and he eventually reclaimed it. Fortunately my husband has an NES as well, and I got Paperboy for my birthday this year .

lol wow, I feel like a newb. My family owned a PS2 as our first game system. We now only have a PS3, but we're not really avid gamers anyway.

Atari was my first. It was wonderful and I miss it. I sold it for $20. Back when I was like 10 or so. That was a lot of money to me.

My family had an Atari when I was very young, and later, I was given an NES as a gift. I loved my C64, but it wasn't totally a game-machine in our house.

Nintendo 64. I loved the games so much and I was the only one in my house who could ever blow into it right to fix it. I wish games were still that easy to fix!

The original Atari. We also had a Commodore 64 (I think that was it) and then went with the Amiga for a few years before we switched to PCs.

To date myself here - my kids were born in 1984 and my husband bought the Timex Sinclair back then...I think we got the Atari somewhere around then and we got the Amiga around 1988 or 89 (when it came out).
