HBO is the best from this list, AMC I think has the best shows right now, but I don't even have cable anymore. Not worth the money, and you can find just about everything online.

TruTV was better when it was CourtTV. Most of the shows they air on that channel now are so scripted. I don't know how they call it "actuality".

I stick to CBS mostly. Love their comedies and reality TV shows like Survivor and Big Brother.
