Doctor Who and torchwood(torchwood is a spin off of doctor who, season 4 is on starz though), merlin, how i met your mother, the inbetweeners(funny 30 minute show, with a movie that just came to USA)

breaking bad and Californication, Walking dead is fantastic if you haven't seen it.

If you have the means I'd pick up Game of thrones as well.

Netflix has all the Buffy episodes, but so far I second everything everyone else has suggested. Especially Breaking bad, American horror, and It's always sunny. : )

Netflix recently put on a bunch of old and new Cartoon Network shows. Courage the Cowardly Dog and Adventure Time are my favorites. Check all those out though.
