The writers of Doctor Who seem to constantly be throwing kinky fans "a bone" with brilliant bits of dialogue. References to River Song always having handcuffs. The Master ("Say my name. I love it when you say my name.) in bondage gear or tying up the Doctor.

First The Master, then The Doctor tied up was pretty sexy. Any time River or Jack is on screen you can count on an avalanche of innuendo.

Way, way back, during the 4th Doctor's time. Some episode was about him and Sarah Jane meeting someone who collected heads, and had wanted to take the Doctor's head. The Doctor says "I'm rather attached to this one, but I really liked my last one." Sarah Jane adds, "Yes, I really liked that one, too."

The innuendo in that one nearly killed me, because I think it really was not intentional. I won't even go into the outtakes between Tom Baker and Elisabeth Sladen.

Not exactly Dr. Who, but there are so many scenes in Torchwood with serious innuendo. Seriously, everyone should watch Torchwwo, imo.
