So the other night I was laying in bed watching The Goonies, great movie btw! It occurred to me while watching the scene where Chunk is stuck inside the cooler full of ice cream and the "stiff"--- how the story would play out if Chunk had actually joined his friends down the hole under the fireplace, rather than escaping to find help. I didn't go into any extreme depth on this thought, but it was there regardless. But it did make me question how an alternate story line like that would play out in that movie. It was just funny because right as this scene was playing out and I was thinking this, I said something to my fiancee about it and she was thinking the exact same thing.

So have you thought of something similar like this about the Goonies or any other movie for that matter?
