I've played some free mmo's before, but I usually just play console games. I mostly just play games like Zelda or Final Fantasy. Oh, and I like forum-based, literature roleplaying, but haven't done that in years.

I play Guild Wars (mmo) and RPGs for Xbox. I love Elder Scrolls Morrowind and Fable TLC, it's unfortunate that the new games suck (mainly referring to Fable 2 & 3, though Oblivion was a disappointment). I haven't played Skyrim yet, and I'm excited to. I get the feeling I will like this one more than Oblivion.

I love turn-based RPGs, such as typical JRPGs (Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, Lufia, etc) and tactical (Fire Emblem, Tactics Ogre).
Adventure RPGs like Zelda have always been a part of my life, too.

MMOs... I've not played. Partially because of the money and time issues, partially because of how competitive some of them can be.

Used to - back in the day when we created our characters and rolled their stats and did actual storytelling with a DM.

When did interactive video games replace the books and die RPG?

My husband does the D&D and all the games that are D&D-like and has an entire bookshelf dedicated to his collection of books for that kind of thing. I think it's kind of retarded and no matter how much he whines, I won't go to his games.

I did table-top for about five years (Vampire: the Masquerade, omnomnom.) but haven't played since a fallout happened between me and an ex. Now it's just console RPGs.

I used to play consoles style RPGs back when played games on a consoles (now I just play PC games). Played D&D style RPG on the PC back around the Baludur Gate era. Noe i day I play RPG style hybrid games like the Mass Effect Series, Deus Ex series ect.

I am not that good at story telling but i really love pnp games : D

I have a few on the PS3 and Xbox 360. I also play diablo 2. I have not had time to play games for the last 8 months or so. Looking forward to things slowing down a bit, so I can have some me time.
