I understood it, I just thought it was incredibly stupid. The opening though, I didn't understand that until I was half-way home.

I thought it was incredibly silly, and their utter misinterpretation of what a universal grammar entails got me irrationally upset (irrationally because what on earth was I expecting?). I did have a lot of trouble understanding why they characters did anything they did, though.
