Hard Candy came to mind first. Great flick, a little intense at times. I mostly watch indie films. So I'd recommend anything like that, Intacto is one of my favorites but you might not be able to find it on Netflix.

They just added a slew of Italian and Asian horror to both streaming and DVDs that I haven't seen in ages.
