I don't listen to any talk radio shows
05/06/2012
Music, and my choice, as I usually listen with headphones on a laptop (I live with a roommate).
05/06/2012
At home, music. In the car, NPR. The music is usually my own, but sometimes I'll put on my hubby's.
05/07/2012
music for sure!
05/07/2012
Ipod. Too many commercials in radio.
05/07/2012
Definitely music for me
05/07/2012
Music.
05/07/2012
Usually music but I like both!
05/07/2012
Music; I usually only listen to the radio on the car and I just want to listen to music at that point.
05/07/2012
50/50. I like some of the talk radio shows, depending on who's talking; and I only listen to the radio when I'm driving.

Music
05/07/2012
music about 95% of the time
05/07/2012
Music is LIFE!!!
05/07/2012
I would much rather listen to music than talk radio.
05/07/2012
Music 85% talk 15%
05/07/2012
I can't stand music on the radio. All they do is replay the same songs over and over and over again till you get sick of them in 2 weeks.
05/07/2012
I am a big NPR fan. I never have a radio on at home (unless there's a bad storm, the power is out, and we have to use a battery powered radio to stay up to date on storm conditions), but in the car it always NPR. I find it much more engaging than the pop radio stations - I laugh, I learn, and I hear from some really interesting people!
05/07/2012
I voted talk radio because I love podcasts, if I want to listen to music I have plenty on my ipod or use pandora but I'd rather listen to a podcast and learn something
05/07/2012
I prefer to listen to talk radio.
05/07/2012
We'd be a vote for music, but we don't listen to either in the home just in the cars on the way to work for him and picking up and dropping off my kids and doing errands for me.
05/07/2012
I really dislike talk radio.

If we have the radio going it's ALWAYS talk. Generally when I'm in the car by myself I have a CD going.
05/07/2012
Music all the way!!! I do listen to sports talk here and there.
05/07/2012
I only listen to hard rock much anymore. Otherwise, it's usually talk radio. So, I like to have a 50/50 mix.

I listen to music constantly. The only time I really listened to talk shows on the radio was when I worked dayshift.
05/07/2012
Rather talk radios nowadays.

I knew I picked the right mentor! I can't even pick a favorite NPR show, I've sat here trying, but I just can't! I ended up with a long list of almost all of them!

a little bit of both is good
05/09/2012
Music; I love to sing.
05/09/2012
It's pretty much always up to my family ergo talk radio. I do enjoy it sometimes. Particularly NPR but I like listening to music in the car too.
05/13/2012
The only time I listen to the radio is when I drive in the car, where I would much rather be half-listening to music than half-listening to someone speak.
05/13/2012
the only time i like talking on the radio is when they do phone pranks with Elvis Duran.
05/13/2012
I'm not a fan of talk radio.
05/13/2012
I can't do talk radio. I zone out same with anything that's nothing but talk.
05/14/2012
I like both, depends on my mood.
05/15/2012
Only music. I'm not into talk radio at all.

I've always got music playing, other people always have the tv going. I'd like to say 50/50 but it's more like 100/100.
05/30/2012
I never did like talk radio shows, so out of the two I'd have to go with music radio.
But even that has tons of commercials (at least regular radio, not sure about that Sirius XM stuff) so I usually use my mp3 or streaming non-stop internet music radios if I want to listen to music.

I prefer music especially when I am working. Sometimes I listen to talk shows when I am driving though.
02/24/2013
Music usually. I do like talk radio or podcasts when I'm at work though. It gives me something to focus on.
02/24/2013
Music and talking, but I play things on my computer instead of the radio.
02/24/2013
We have music playing constantly, either Pandora or someone's music collection. I rarely ever listen to talk shows.

Music 100% however, at my in-laws they have talk radio on so I listen to it but am not a big fan
02/24/2013
Music more than talk radio. But for background noise around the house, I like to turn on a nature documentary. =p
02/24/2013
I only listen to the radio in the car and it's usually playing music.

Definitely music. I need to rock.

02/25/2013
at home, music for sure. in the car it's a toss up between music, talk radio, or silence.
02/25/2013
Music about 90% of the time. We have THREE great college radio stations here, so I'm in radio heaven. There's always interesting new stuff. When it's talk radio, it's NPR, especially the silly weekend shows.
02/26/2013
The only problem with talk radios is that when they're funny I always end up bursting out laughing in the most inappropriate place.
