Nero Wolfe (from the Nero Wolfe Mysteries by Rex Stout) ... he is a gourmet of the highest order and will always ensure that his cook Fritz will prepare the finest dishes with the best and freshest ingredients. And I'd get to flirt with Archie Goodwin at the table, too.

Andrew "Ender" Wiggin from the "Enders Game" series by Orson Scott Card. Most preferably after the timeline of "Xenocide" but before the end of "Children of the Mind" so we could discuss all his travels and particularly his work as a Speaker for the Dead.
