i always hear people say 1 hour a day, which i find strange because its like...how can you just watch 2 shows per day?! O_O

Our TV's on most of the afternoon and at night, I 'listen' to the TV while I'm working in the kitchen and will glance over if something interesting is on. When my husband's home, he'll switch to ESPN and NFL channels and watch his sports stuff. We DVR most of the shows we like and watch one of them every night, when I can finally sit down and pay full attention watching it.

I watch 3 or 4 shows a week. It's just not my thing. I actually didn't have a TV at all for about 3 years!

This. It depends on my mood. Sometimes I'm in the mood for serious vegging out. Sometimes I can't sit still long enough to watch TV.
