Has Netflix turned to crap?

Contributor: Rod Ronald Rod Ronald
I have noticed that the quality of movies and etc on Netflix has gone down a ton in the last year. Does anyone else agree?

I don't usually use Netflix until there is nothing on TV to watch. Every time I go in there is something new to watch.

I was never impressed with it. I had received the free trial and I had even called them to ask if the free trial was limited access. They told me I had access to everything. SO I canceled it when the free trial is up.

I think so. The programs available are boring.

All to do with licensing with the distribution companies (which is why we'll never see anything from HBO on Netflix).

I know they never have anything I look up.

They keep removing shows I watch regularly. I rarely use it for movies, just TV series. I'll admit, I was heartbroken when Roseanne was removed from the instant streaming lineup.

I kind of feel like their prices are rising, and the quality and selection is going down. But maybe it's just me?

I still like Netflix. Depends where you're looking, too -- instant stream is filled with crappy movies

I haven't really noticed. I really like netflix actually, having it is much better than when I had cable instead.

I like that it has a lot of documentaries that I wouldn't otherwise get to see.

I don't usually use Netflix to watch movies. I use it to watch TV shows. Though they made a deal with Disney a while ago and now they have more Disney movies (relives childhood).

No, I don't really use Netflix regularly.

I just use it at friends' and very minimally, at that.

I don't watch tv at all, hardly, and have always been satisfied with what I was able to find on Netflix

I have it and I can usually find what I'm looking for, but lately when I've searched for shows or movies I can't find them... like a good zombie movie like 28 Days Later. I really wish they had all the good zombie flicks on there...

I put other because while they do have some awesome shows and movies ready to stream some of their options are lacking! I think there are far, far too many b movies and such on there. It can be cumbersome to navigate through all of them.

Not as much quality as I wish they had. Often the bf and I will be sitting there for hours going "...what do you want to watch :/"

I disagree I always find really awesome independent films from all over the world. That's why I love Netflix because it expands your film viewing choices.
