Literary fiction.

I'm currently devouring Until I Find You by John Irving and I can't put it down. Only one more book after this until I've read everything he's ever written so far!
Doesn't really fit into any of the above categories, though. The genre is just "novel". I think that's the kind I prefer. Novels with no official theme in the way that the listed categories are themes.

Anything that's well written.

I voted for romance, but really it's paranormal romance and urban fantasy! But I'll read anything and everything I can get my hands on that's been written well and has lots of funky twists and surprises in it. I'm a big reader!

ah, i fall in this category as well. I don't really mind the topic as long as it keeps me interested all the way through, but thrillers seem to grab my attention first.

Now this is quite difficult, as picking favourites is a little too restricting, but I always like a historical fiction book, preferably by Bernard Cornwell. Though I am jonesing on sci-fi at the moment, specifically Star Wars. Crime, detective novels like Kathy Reichs's Bones series and the like.

other-I dont like fiction or most novels in general.

I like a lot of different genres, it depends on my mood.

If the book is written well enough, I'll read just about any genre. I generally seem to lean more towards fantasy novels.

I'll read anything Christopher Moore (Fluke, A Dirty Job), Neil Gaiman (American Gods, Coraline), or Chuck Pulhaniuk (Choke, Fight Club) put out.
I've been reading a LOT of zombie novels lately too. Permuted Press has put out a few more hits than misses with that genre. Some of their cover art looks pulled from high school art classes though.

It really depends on my mood, and I am a big bookworm. I like paranormal romance that has a good mystery aspect to it a lot. Best of many different genres combined into one.
