Probably Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, parts 1 and 2. I liked the book better, obviously, but the movies were pretty good. Better than 3, 5, and 6 at least.

I would say probably Silence of the Lambs, and The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (the original movie, not the remake). For both, I liked the book better, but the movies were great.
