Other than that, though, I mostly just read fiction.

I chose it - I'm a college student, and I have to read some textbook or another all the time!

In my free time, though, it's mostly fiction, with a bit of nonfiction thrown in.

In my free time I read a lot of single fiction books.
I'll read the non-fiction if the prose is good

Me too! I'm finding it an interesting mix of really good one-liners and really interesting plot wise.

I almost never read non-fiction, I love fantasy and sci-fi too much.

Fiction usually

All of the above. Textbooks can be good if they combine knowledge on a field

I love reading pretty much anything!! My favorite authors right now are Dean Koontz, Dan Brown and James Paterson

I usually read a book a day, depending on my schedule. I am especially a fan of erotica. ;-)

Everything but textbooks.

I love going through textbooks! It's fun to find old science books, and compare the new developments with previous theories and understanding. Also very interesting to see how the perspective of history has changed. You can learn a lot about the direction society has gone by what we used to teach students 10-20-30 years ago.
For regular books, I prefer the classics, plays, and historical non-fiction. Some newer fiction, but I'm ridiculously picky, and an admitted snob.

08/09/2012
Fiction, romance, non fiction.

Most stuff, though I particularly like reference/trivia books. Fiction wise I love werewolves and short story anthologies.
