Do you always attach a premade bow to your Christmas gifts? You know, the ones that cost about $5 for 20 of them? Or do you make your own bows by hand? Do you use no bows? Do you use curling ribbon instead or with the bow?

There's a bag of bows that have been around for ... a very long time that we pull from for presents. I think my mom bought a whole bunch on sale about a decade ago and we just use those lol. They don't go on everything, but we do use a few each season.

I make my ribbons for gifts and make my tags etc.. I've got a hugeee craft drawer so it'd be silly to go buy these things

I used to go nuts with my holiday wrapping. Kraft paper, then a "runner" of fabric or decorative tissue paper, raffia ribbon with some faux holly and berries as the bow. I don't have the time for that insanity anymore. I don't even put ribbon or bows (pre-made or not) on my gifts!

I like bows they really make a package cuter.

When I do gifts, I try to be creative. I don't usually use the pre-made bows, but I always like to use something. I've gotten silk flowers, cut them off the stems and used those for some beautiful gift packages. I've also been known to use ornaments, yarn, silk ribbons, etc. I like to let my imagination run wild! Of course, that's because we don't really do Christmas stuff so I never have a million gifts to wrap/decorate at once. But I do send my Aunt seasonal gift boxes. And I always try to pick a theme for those, and base my package decor on the theme.

I don't use bows for my immediate family or if I'm giving multiple gifts usually.

I love bows and ribbons. They're so festive.

My mom taught me how to make homemade bows back when I was like 8 or 9. I always put homemade bows on my gifts. I just feel like it is cheap and tacky putting on store bought bows. This year I am knitting & crocheting a Christmas ornament to go in the middle of the bow for the package.

I use bows, when I have them. I never buy bows, but I'm one of those people who saves them from packages and presents I receive myself. I like to recycle bows. While I have "recycled" bows, I use them on presents until I run out. If I have none, I don't sweat it though.
