They had a covered dish where I work and someone brought a pumpkin pie but had put a "hard candy crust" on it. It was exactly like the "Crust" on a Creme Brulee, except it was HONEY flavored. No doubt it was made OF or with HONEY. Honey colored too. The pie was a FLUFFY Pumpkin Pie texture under the glaze...not a DENSE pie.
We have over 5000 employees here, and no one I know has a clue who brought in that pie, or how they made it. It was AMAZING. Anyone tried this before???
