My gf just made a quick soup by throwing things in a bowl and nuking it in the microwave, and it was good. Lucky for us, her family stopped by tonight to visit and ate a bunch of our leftovers for dinner. They really enjoyed it, and now there's less for us to get through so we should be able to finish it all before it goes bad.
