Do you have a favorite holiday food? For me, it's my dad's own recipe for stuffing, made of bacon, ground beef, roasted chestnuts and mushrooms. I only get it once a year, because it's easily three times as expensive as the turkey! How about you?

Of all the things, it's one of the simplest. Grandma's creamed corn casserole. It's really just creamed corn and an ass ton of butter. Gotta love southern cooking.

My mom makes these kickass boiled potatoes for thanksgiving every year. One of the few thanksgiving sides I'll eat.
