Does anyone have any neat and fun ideas for Easter fun for kids. I always do an egg hunt for my kids, but it seems kind of dull. I would like to do something really fun for my kids, but I just have no clue what!

We do the yarn maze instead of an egg hunt. We take a yarn skein and tie it to a starting point each kid has a different color and we wind it all through the house. They have to follow their color yarn to find their basket and along the way there are little prizes/bonuses.

We are Wiccan, but my kids go to a Catholic school so Easter/Ostara is a huge deal for us. We have the usual Easter egg hunts and the kids love the Palm Sunday service because they get to wave palm fronds around. We have it set so that the I have an Ostara celebration on Easter Saturday...we dye eggs and I have the kids do a scavenger hunt...they look for little notes around the property that give them clues to the location of a treat. We don't do alot of chocolate and candy because that comes the next day, but the treats are usually little crafts they can do, small inexpensive toys and that sort of thing. They love trying to figure out the clues.

On Easter Sunday my family generally put on a big Egg hunt and dinner so we have that as well.
