I like to make a gingerbread house every year but I've never created something this extreme. Has anyone seen any other over-the-top gingerbread houses? Would you feel guilty eating something that took that much time and effort to create?

Those are great! I'd probably not eat them because I'd feel bad putting all that work in just to take them apart and eat them lol.
