Are you looking for a place to post original stories or to talk about the material? IF you are looking for somewhere to post r-rated stories, then ArchiveOfOurOwn, while typically for fanfiction, actually has a lot of original stories posted on it. Pretty much anything goes there (I mean ANYTHING), and a lot of the stories are tagged extensively, so it's easy to find something that you're interested in. Seriously, a ton of the stories on there makes Fifty Shades of Grey look like softcore porn, and there is an extensive selection of well-written fics.
