Would you like it if EF carried binders?

Contributor: meezerosity meezerosity
I've asked and they said that in the past they have carried binders and they weren't a big seller. Would you like it if you could purchase binders through EF? I'd love it if they carried Underworks.

Yes, I would. I don't need one myself but would love to see them carried. Maybe with the semi-recent popularity of this site with trans* people (mostly trans men), they'll think about carrying them again?

I wish they would. Seems strange that they carry other thing for trans* men but not binders.

Definitely, I'd like to buy everything in one place.

Yeah, the points thing could be really good for poor trans* people too.

I have a very nice Loveboat binder, but I'd love a strapless velcro one so I can wear tank tops in the summer. That would be amazing if Eden carried them, if they had the type I want I'd definitely buy from them before another site.

Is it really ignorant of me to think that this was about school binders that hold papers? lol I had to google what we were actually talking about. I imagine if they got enough demand for it they would carry it...

Everyone who is interested in having EF carry binders you should submit a support ticket requesting it. If they get enough requests I'm sure they'll start stocking them. The points system was what was mostly on my mind. I know a lot of trans* people struggle financially due to also having to pay for hormones, doctor visits, etc, and it really adds up. It's nice that they can get a packer for cheap or even free if they earn the points around the site but a binder is more crucial in everyday life, more so than a packer.

That was mostly what I was thinking. I've seen EF recommended on a few trans* message boards as far as where to acquire packers and such for those struggling financially but binders are more crucial than a packer for everyday wear to most people.

I would love it- if they carried a bunch of brands- not just underworks.
AND have a variety in plus sizes- not all guys are thin - just saying.

Definitely this! I am not a thin person either. I'd be disappointed to see them carry binders and not have any larger ones. Seems like the larger packing straps are always out of stock.

I'd adore it. Especially with the points system.

I'd like to use the points program for binders. I can get everything else I need on here with the help of points, but have to pay full price for binders. Shits expensive.

formally known as compression vests, binders are worn by those with female chests who wish to suppress them and pass as male or at least androgynous

I agree! It would be interesting to see the variety in binders, too. I've only purchased from Underworks, but I would love to see some from LesLoveBoat and TKingdom. The point system is pretty interesting, and I hope they stock binders soon

I wouldn't buy them personally but I think they should have them, there's certainly enough people here that would be interested, plus I think it's great that people would be able to get something they need but otherwise couldn't afford with their points.

I don't bind, but I mean it'd be nice to have an option for it offered here .

I really wish EF did carry binders. I first joined this site due to the points programme, hoping if i did some reviews on items i already had etc, i could afford to get myself a new packer, but as a transguy, i can honestly say a binder is far more important in day to day life for me.

I am pre surgery, and binders are very expensive, and having to buy things off different sites and paying for multiple postages can get a little frustrating. I'd love it if EF had binders on sale!

Please EF? I promise i'll buy lots and lots? :L

I don't bind, but I think the more inclusive EF is in their products, the better. I would love to be able to have another reason to point my trans friends to EF.

Yes, and there should also be more things for trans women!
I'd advice Loveboat, but only for smaller chested (A, B, small C) guys.
I think, from what I've been told, that Underworks would be better for anybody over a small C. Then it depends on other things, too.

I would much prefer that they carry breastforms, or sexy clothing for mtf. While there are some resources here for the female-bodied transfolk on eden, there doesn't appear to be much of the other side of this queer coin.

but in reality, i'd like for them to carry both.

I agree, they should carry binders for the gents and breast forms for the ladies in the community.
