Trans* men/women: bottom surgery or no?

Contributor: Genderfree Genderfree
Me and my girlfriend have both come to the consensus that we will probably never have bottom surgery. she's more decided than I am. I might at least want something to have my urethra lengthened and through my penis, not really a lengthening or girth procedure.

How about you guys?

Yes, there are cis options there because there's lots of different surgeries that can be done, such as lengthening and such. I don't see why I can not include that, because I am sure that to some cis individuals it is important to their identity to have it.

I plan to have phalloplasty ASAP.
Also, you used the asterisk incorrectly. I personally do not believe the asterisk is necessary at all but the meaning created for the asterisk is to include all sorts of trans people. You cant be a trans man as well as genderqueer, trans woman, two spirit, etc. If you're going to make up terminology, use it properly.

I'm not keen on the skin grafts with phalloplasty but if I can save the money, I could see metoidioplasty in my future.

Where did I use an asterisk? Can't seem to find it right now, even when I hit ctrl+f.

Probably a typo or force of habit, honestly.

Oh, yup. I used the asterisk incorrectly, for sure. Force of habit, I think.

Also why is there an option for cis people on here? Cis people obviously arent going to get bottom surgery and honestly they shouldnt be in this section of the forum.
